Being lost within finitude is not only an expression of crisis, but also the starting point for a search for new perspectives. The decisive question is not how we might return to infinity, but how we learn to shape a liveable future within the limits of our world.

Vanina Saracino is an independent curator, film programmer, writer, and lecturer. Her work focuses on theories and artistic practices that challenge anthropocentric and binary worldviews from an intersectional perspective, with a particular emphasis on lens-based and time-based art.
