DAY 1 I GREEN

silent green BODY launches the retreat with a day that explores organic and sustainable nourishment.

10:30-13:00     “FRIEDLICHE” WILDNIS  | INÉS LAUBER

Friedliche Wildnis (Rest-in-Peace Wilderness) takes us on a foraging journey, into forgotten flavours and stories, and then together with Inés Lauber we place them in a new contemporary context. Hidden and quiet, green and peaceful—and yet urban—silent green’s adjacent graveyard offers the perfect location for our wild-herb excursion. Stay on for a light vegetarian lunch made from the collected goodies.

Inés Lauber is a food experience designer, chef and forager. In 2012, she founded Studio Inés Lauber, a creative food agency and design studio. She is passionate about wild and medicinal plants and her projects and dining experiences often involve seasonally–foraged ingredients.
