During his Jazz and Pop studies in the Netherlands, Dino learned about the Alexander Technique and was introduced to movement and dance. Inspired by the intimate and intensive classes with Eva Karczag, Dino moved to Berlin where he earned his certificate as a teacher of the AT. In his work he combines elements from AT, Contact Improvisation, Klein Technique, BMC, and Vipassana Meditation. dinospiri.com
About silent green BODY:
silent green warmly invites you to a series of weekly offerings from the worlds of body work, yoga and dance. Commencing Sundays at 12 noon and running from October 1st through November 5th, silent green will host inspiring practitioners offering 2-3 hour sessions, who will help us move, sweat, nurture and experience our bodies in exciting and creative ways.
You are invited to come as you are: beginners are welcome, but numbers are limited so please come early and remember to bring a yoga mat!.
