An unsent letter containing a murder confession unexpectedly connects the fates of three people. The latest novel by the Lebanese writer Hoda Barakat, who has been living in exile in France for 30 years, tells of the experiences of refugees in a shifting world and was awarded the International Prize for Arabic Fiction in 2019.
The conversation will be held in French and will be interpreted consecutively.
