Delfi – Magazin für neue Literatur –sold out!–

Reading and Discussion of the first issue of Delfi.Magazin für neue Literatur

Magazines are dead?
It's quite the opposite. The end of a medium is often talked about when its best time lies ahead. Here and there, literary magazines announce their end, but now we are turning the tables and founding a new one. The literary magazine Delfi. Magazin für neue Literatur is founded with a firm believ that magazines, with their discursive responsiveness, heterogeneity of forms and genres, and their courage to venture into experimental realms, are not meant for publishing yesterday's works but for tomorrow's the literary magazine.

Delfi will be published biannually as a themed magazine, bringing together the most relevant international and German-language contributions in prose, drama, poetry, essays, and comics. The magazine is edited by authors and editors Fatma Aydemir, Enrico Ippolito, Miryam Schellbach, and Hengameh Yaghoobifarah, under the auspices of the Ullstein Buchverlage.

To celebrate the release of Delfi's first issue, themed around Temples, Delfi invites you to a reading and discussion with the authors: Esther Dischereit, Enis Maci, Noemi Y. Molitor, Eva Tepest, Deniz Utlu, and Senthuran Varatharajah, taking place in the Kuppelhalle of silent green.

The event will take place in German language.
