Bodies in, as, of, with, and "Identity and Heritage"
8-th Annual Conference | Research Training Group Identity and Heritage
The 8th annual conference of the DFG Research Training Group 2227 Identity and Heritage examines the body as a socially constructed and politically charged concept, embedded in social power relations of
knowledge production.
The focus is on the question of how body experiences and embodiments can be considered in cultural heritage research. The conference aims to bring together different approaches to the body, identity and heritage and to shed light on their relevance for cultural heritage research in an interdisciplinary manner.
