Berlin International Tea Conference 2026 – VOICES OF TEA
International B2B Forum for Origin, Quality, and Professional Networking in the Tea Industry
The Berlin International Tea Conference returns for its 6th edition in 2026, bringing professionals from across the international tea industry together in Berlin.
Under the annual theme VOICES OF TEA, the conference focuses on origin, quality, sourcing, international cooperation, certification and sustainability. Producers, traders, brands, buyers, speciality retailers, hospitality, media, tea educators and researchers meet for expert talks, discussions, tastings and targeted B2B exchange.
Around 15 B2B exhibitors from China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Malawi and Germany will take part.
The programme includes:
- Tea Gallery – B2B exhibition & tasting
- Main Stage – keynotes, talks & panels
- Tea Corner – focused professional discussions
- Tea Hub – 1:1 meetings & networking
The programme connects specific tea origins and traditions with current professional questions facing the international tea industry.
Confirmed topics and areas of focus include:
- En Shi Yu Lu, aged Pu-Erh and Gongfu Cha
- Sensory perception, language and marketing
- Water quality, quality control and analysis
- Sustainable agriculture and responsible production
- Intercultural tea-making exchange across different production methods and tea traditions
The main conference language is English.

Fee: 125 Euro net
Participation is subject to prior registration and professional review. Approved participants receive an invoice and are added to the attendee list once payment is received.
