This session explores three aspects of death: life expectancy, supporting someone who is dying, and the afterlife. Participants are invited to examine this inevitable but often ignored topic through discussion, exchange and practical exercises based on Alexander Technique. No previous experience necessary.

About David Young:
David Young is an Alexander Technique teacher, music composer and former-artistic director of the Australian Chamber Made Opera company. He has a background in art, sport, tai chi and mental health. David was inspired to develop this workshop after supporting a close friend who died of cancer. davidyoung.de

silent green warmly invites you to a series of weekly offerings from the worlds of body work, yoga and dance. Commencing Sundays
at 12 noon and running from October 1st through November 5th, silent green will host inspiring practitioners offering 2-3 hour sessions, who will help us move, sweat, nurture and experience our bodies in exciting and creative ways. You are invited to come as you are: beginners are welcome, but numbers are limited so please come early and remember to bring a yoga mat!
