On Easter weekend, MARS will invite you to its traditional Easter-Brunch. If you still haven’t gotten enough of the easter eggs, you can enjoy eggs in many mouthwatering variations. You could start the day with poached eggs á la Florentine, accompanied by fine baby spinach and herb salad. Or try out the pickled eggs which, fitting the time of the year, will be served with fresh asparagus, avocado, and our home-baked spring-bread. A Polish speciality will be served with 'Jaja faszerowane', filled eggs. If you feel like something really hearty instead, we got a Steak Tartare with egg cream for you. For those of you with a sweet tooth we’ll have egg pancakes, topped off with mascarpone-mousse. And if you plan on spending the day with your family, why not share a big breakfast to celebrate the occasion?
