I am very sorry to report that the concert on June 30th 2022 has to be canceled.

Due to the still very unpredictable und difficult situation it is a decision we had to make. I am very sorry, especially because we have waited for such a long time to come together again. I hope you understand and want to thank you for your ongoing support for my music. It means the world to me.

All tickets will be refunded at point of purchase and you will be notified via e-mail.
All crowdfunders who purchased tickets will be notified by me directly.

I am currently working on new music and in the not too distant future there will be live performances.
I very much hope to see you then and there.

With love and sincere apologies,
Katrin

"...it brings together the living and the dead, the future and the past. It is an invocation, a prayer. To the goddesses, the women who walked the path before me, the poets, the worshippers, the adored, the priests, the shamans, the maltreated, the insane, the seekers. But I also sing to the children of the future. For we are all the ancestors of the future."

The quote is talking about WHITE FIRE, the new project and album by Kenichi & The Sun, behind which the interdisciplinary and genre-spanning artist Katrin Hahner hides herself. Inspired by hip hop, rap, Alice Coltrane, ancient tragedy, the writer Anne Carson, the musical work at the theatre, collaborations with various performance artists, who have taken her throughout Europe to theatres, galleries and performance venues, something called Sci Fi Gospel has emerged. On the occasion of her release tour, she will play dazzling, avant-garde pieces from the new album in the Kuppelhalle.
